You must email us within 5 days of receiving your jewellery with a request for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN).
After expiry of this period, goods become non-returnable.
Altered or re-sized jewellery cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Upon issue of a RAN, the item must be on it’s way back to us within 72 hours (excluding weekends). If we do not receive the return item, refund will not be issued. Return postage is non-refundable.
Returned merchandise must be in unused condition, used jewellery will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Postage and Return Postage is not refundable under any circumstances.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or credit if we feel that our refund policy is being abused.
